Renew expired AS2 Certificate

Hi All,
My company's cerfificate is going to expire and I am planning to renew it. This certificate is used for both AS2 and SSL. If I just renew it, do I need to notify trading partners and send them the renewed certificate?

When you renew a certificate, you have the option of using the existing key set or creating a new key set. If you use the same key set, the certificate should continue to work with your partners. The following link should provide some insight.
