  What about using netstat to show which ip's are connected on port 135. netstat -anp tcp | find ":135"
  
  However it only shows a connection when the user is clicking on an object in the console.

  I agree, there is no way that I'm aware of to see what systems have a console in use.

  That wouldn't necessarily be all ConfigMgr Consoles, could be something else.
