    So, I know that this is going to be a noobish question, but I have been looking over forum posts all over and can't find the answer to this question. What email address do I sign in with? I have Communicator 2007 and no matter what email I put in, including my Microsoft email, I keep getting the message that it is unable to communicate with the server. Please help?

    You will need to sign-in with your SIP address.  Sometimes this matches your email address, sometimes it doesn't.  Do you know what your SIP address is or have an administrator your can ask?
