SBS 2008 Logon & XP Logon too slow and hold the screen "Applying computer settings" over 5-10 mins

  Dear all,

  I just installed a NEW SBS2011. I think the installation is successful, but every time hold the screen "Apply computer settings" at startup. In my mind, we only changed the dymanic IP to fixed IP

  another question is our XP Pro SP3 after joined to the domian, the workstations hold the screen "Applying your computer settings" at startup over  5 mins. We downgrade to workgroup & rejoin to the domain, but havn't solve the problem.

  I am not sure the problem caused by I wrongly configure the network settings, so I attached the network settings for SBS & XP Pro SP3

  p.s.: SBS2011  &  ALL workstations installed Symantec Endpoint Protection SEP v.12
