    Daniel,

    I was able to resolve this issue. First configure the CM connector in VMM and synchronize it once. Then configure the OM-CI connector in SM and synchronize it which should enable you to add the VMM Server in Capacity pools.

    Let me know if that doesn't work.

    The CM connector in VMM? I only see the OM Connector. Is that the same thing?

    I tried this, and am still unable to see any VMM Servers or Clouds when creating a capacity pool. I can however, see the Logical Networks, Templates, and Storage Pools synced from the VMM Connector.

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks

    Fixed!

    I did what was mentioned above;

    1. Manually Synced Ops Manager Connection in VMM Console
    2. Re-created OM CI Connector in SM Console, using new Domain Admin account instead of operational account.
    3. Selected All when choosing Management Packs to install.
    4. Waited for new CI Connector to sync.

    The solution appears really simple, do not understand but it works!
    I think the most important change was to use the domain administrator, is it possible?.

    Thanks Jeffrey L Harris!

    Apologies, what I actually meant is the OM connector in VMM and not CM.

    Glad that it works for you now!
