2012年5月28日 上午 01:57 You may need to download and install the latest compatible driver for your HP laptop.Visit the website of HP to download and install the same. Is there any multimedia program installed in your system which may conflict with the webcam?

Hi,
May I know which software you are using to send photo? Does the webcam work on HP built-in software? Does the issue only occurs on Facebook website?
If the issue only occurs on Facebook website, you need to contact their support.
