    In these 2 folders, I found files called "license.rtf". As I believe it is related to the windows registry, would you mind giving me a detailed explanation of "license.rtf"? 
    For instance, 
    1) What is the content of "license.rtf"?
    2) When will "license.rtf" be created?
    3) How "license.rtf" is created?
    3) Why "license.rtf" contains some of my email contents?
