    Hi All,

We have windows 2008 R2 core HyperV 4 node cluster setup, while creating VM cluster showing follwowing error ''The security account manager (SAM) or local security authority (LSA) server was in the wrong state to perform the security operation".

Even if we browse the CSV volume through windows explorer the error is same.

    Please help..

    Thanks in advance..

    Hi,

Open Failover Cluster manager console  on one node, proceed to the Nodes hive, right click on the node with issue, select more actions , evict. Then add the node back to the cluster to see whether you can resolve the issue.

    Hi All,

This issue has been resolved after performing below steps..

    1. Destroy Cluster

    2. Remove all nodes from domain

    3. Join all the nodes to domain

    4. Recreation of cluster
