  Thank you for your post here.

   

  It seems that EAP-TTLS is a private protocol developed by Funk Software and Certicom. There is no support for this EAP protocol in Microsoft Windows. You will have to install some extra programs to use it on Windows OS.

  TTLS is Available in Windows 8, you can try out the Beta Version for the same!
