    Hi XP is not supported please see the realted article ( I assume you are referring E210 Management tools)

    You can install the Exchange 2010 management tools on the following Windows operating systems:

    • Windows 7
    • Windows Vista with Service Pack 2 (SP2)
    • Windows Server 2008 SP2

    Installing E210 Support tools and supported platforms:

    Download Binaries E210 from here and use supported OS platform..
