    Hello,

    I am having issues where users outside of the network can not enable OOF from outlook. They get an error stating the server could not be contacted. I ran the connectivity analyzer and these are my results for the error;

    Ensuring that the test mailbox folder is empty and accessible.
         ExRCA couldn't confirm that the folder is accessible and empty.

        Additional Details

    Message: The request failed. The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

    The mailbox you are testing with must be empty.  I've run into this when I was trying to test mailboxes with items already populated.

             ExRCA couldn't confirm that the folder is accessible and empty.

    Make sure there are no items in this test mailbox.  If this is not a test mailbox, create one and then try the test again.
