Do you think that upgrading the SP 1 to SP2 and then SP 3 plus applying the roll ups will resolve this issue?

Ok just checked with the client and its SP3 not SP1.... So Exchange 2007 with SP3 is giving the above error. Any ideas how to resolve it?

Hi,
You need to check your publishing on your ISA server
You can test the publishing rule through the management console, right click the rule and press Test rule
Have a look at the whitepaper for Autodiscover, it will give you all details so that you can doublecheck everything
