Exchange 2007 SP3 RU1 - 554 5.6.0 STOREDRV.Deliver; Corrupt message content

I updated our Exchange 2007 SP2 servers to SP3 RU1 last night. Since then I've had a "554 5.6.0 STOREDRV.Deliver; Corrupt message content" error, as described here, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2203381/.
SP3 RU1, http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=2279665, is meant to fix this problem, not break it! BTW, the servers have never had this problem before.
Any ideas?

Hi Khoj,
Thanks. I'll have to schedule an outage before I can reboot.

Hello,
If the reboot does not clear them up, can you track the messages that are flagging these?
I'm wondering if they are going to or from the same people, applications, etc.
Do you have any 3rd party gateways/bridgeheads that these messages pass through?
Do the clients use anything other than Outlook or OWA to send attachments?
Thanks,

Hi Kevin,
thanks for the response. So far it has only happened just the once. I have to apply a patch to the servers in the next week or two so I will reboot them then.
It happend when an internal user sent a email to a large number of people. Most of, if not all of, the recipients were internal users. We have two CAS/HT and two Mailbox servers in the same site so no gateways involved/bridgeheads and everyone uses Outlook and OWA.
Thanks
