Upgrade Exchange server 2007 SP1 to Exchange Server 2007 SP3

Dear All
I have to upgrade my existing Exchange server 2007 SP1 to Exchange 2007 Sp3 .Existing Environment Details As below .
I have 3 sites,one of them that is my hub site has cas with nlb also internet-facing Client Access Server (cas-cas proxing also configure there).two hub with nlb ,scc with tow nodes.rest two sites have the same Architect but containd non-intenet facing cas.All the go-out through internet facing client access server.Please specify me the Step by step Detail how can i deploy exchange 2007 sp3 in my environment also mation what i ave to back up .

Thanks friend actually i have create above messaging infrastructure in hyper-v for testing purpose i have got all the sequence ,but there is problem upgrade cas servers both an don e hub server when i upgrade second hub server my all mails are stuct and event shows server crashes ,i ran ExBPA from my hub it shows three crash machines are unable to connect my all mails are stuck in draft i have restart transport and mail submission services as well.
any idea?
