    I sent a test email useing my IPhone to my work email, but the server marked is spam, but it i sent it gmail web i recived smootlhy.

    Is it encoding issue

    Hello,

    To workaround this issue, you can add the sender into the Bypass list.

    but i have this issue wilth multible sender, whom wusing IPhone and Black Berry.

    so i dont think thid workaround will helpfull.

    Then find what SCL was associated with the message and adjust the way
    your server handles spam accordingly. Either that or stop using the
    Anti-Spam software you're uing now and find another.

    Sorry to jump onto this thread but I'm having the same problem. My question is: where is the SCL listed? Usually you see it in the header as "X-MS-Exchange-Organization-SCL" but I don't see it in my examples and neither do I see it in Sami's example.

    It would be in the agent log.

    Not which agent, but the log file used by the agents. If you haven't
    changed the location it's here:
     
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange
    Server\TransportRoles\Logs\AgentLog
     
    Take a look in this directory (C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange
    Server\Scripts) for the get-antispam*.ps1 scripts that may help, too.
    Or use the get-agentlog cmdlet.
