Monday, December 05, 2011 5:58 AMI have a new kaspersky anti-virus 2012 , but was using it for wile and now I can't see it, after going in the internet searching for information. How can I reset it?. Want to reinstall the software but is nost taking it,is telling me that is no file containen it' or computer not responding to it. Please let me know what to do, look like virus block som of icons on my main screen,I have Tochiva Windows 7. I don tink have to buy another softwre because is new. Hope you can help me soon. Have a good night. I more thing please send me instructions wow to take care of this problem, so i don't have to contact you again in the future. Thank You.
