Answered junk mail rules don't filter my junk mail

    when i set junk mail rules for particular emails they are not sent to junk mail when recieved.

    "Junk mail rules"? Is that an Outlook thing? If so you should be
    asking your question in an Outlook forum.
     
    If your question is about spam filtering handled by the Exchange
    server please provide details of whot you're doing, how you're doing
    it, and how you have the content filtering SCL levels configured.
     
    In addition, checking the agent logs to see what SCL level is would be
    a good idea.
