- I have Avast and thought I liked it until tonight when I found out it doesn't run a firewall and for some reason, windows says it can't turn on my Windows Firewall via the service. Now what can I do?
- I have 2 questions that need help on Vista Home edition.
1. I tried uninstalling McAfee but after the I select "Uninstall", a pop-up window is displayed then hangs there, nothing happens after that. I tried many times and the outcome is the same. How can I uninstall McAfee properly from my computer??
2. I suspect my computer is infected with a malware where it will always indicate that my system has been infected and leads me to a website for Rapid Antivirus. It says that Rapid Antivirus is free and asks me to install which I didn't. I have tried asking Microsoft helpdesk but they couldn't give me anything useful! Has anyone heard of this Rapid Antivirus?? - I installed Kaspersky and I must say it does seem better than Norton and McAfee that I have used previously..
