QuestionRandom Blue Screen in firefox after update...

Hi there, I've just updated to SP1, and I've got 7 BSOD just surfing the web with firefox in a couple of hours...
Does anybody knows anything about that?
I have not tested anything else, maybe this sp1 fixed many RTM bugs that i had, but if i can't use internet, i'm going to unistall it...

EDIT: got 10 now... I'm starting to think is something related to flash video (youtube, etc...), has it happened there 9/10 times...

Agreed. Go to adobe and update your flash to the latest version. Many blue screens due to flash player until the most recent flash update.

    Hello,

Can you check in Problems Reports and Solutions and tell me if it links to a dump file or tell me what error appears on the screen when the BSOD appears? Bluescreens actually display different messages and the dump files point to different symbols. It will be easier to tell what the issue is if we can get more information about the BSOD.

    Thank you

    Hi,
Im getting the same BSOD on my HP laptop. It started after I installed the flash plugin for firefox, I d/w it straight off adobe's website and it should be the latest one. I uninstalled it 2 days back and things seem to running fine, I'm installing it again today 2nd Feb 08 to check if that was the problem. I'll post the details of the dump if it appears again.

    Hi,
I just noticed that after the memory dump my C: used space keeps increasing and I have no clue as to how I can recover that data. When I select all and check the size it shows it lower that when I check the disk information. Is there anyway I can get the space that is used by the dump back??

    Hi,
I installed adobe flash again and I got another BSOD. I got the following message:
    STOP: 0x0000000A (0x00040002, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x81C83787)

I also have a kernel dump but thats about 200MB so if someone wants to take a look at it I can upload it.

    Hey,
Got another BSOD today morning. Didn't change much since last time, I wanted to check which application triggers the BSOD. I was checking mail and no flash application seem to have been running, I'm using the latest firefox on Win Vista Home Pro on an Intel T7100, 2GB, Intel Pro/Wireless 3945ABG card, HP Pavilion dv6500. The message I got was:

    tcpip.sys - Address 8CF75F5B base at 8CF2E000, DateStamp 478ad415

    Someone please respond.

    Chris..

Because of the mention of firefox.exe (which purports to be on the latest version as of today), I googled for firefox BSOD and arrived at this page.  The windows debugger yields this:
