How installing KB983458 on Windows 7 SP1 enhanced ?

Hi,
We need to install KB983458 on many Windows 7 machines with SP1 enhanced. This machines have errors using Office 2010 files saved on network. After reading many topics, we must uninstall KB980232 included in Service Pack and install KB983458. But we can't access to details of SP1 which is included in OS.
Does anyone have a solution to remove KB980232?

To apply this hotfix KB983458, you must be running operating systems: Windows 7.
