Unanswered Office Web Apps installed in local farm asking for Office 365 login when trying to edit in word

    Hello All,

    We have installed Office Web Apps with SP1 in our SharePoint 2010 farm everything seems to work but when the users click on "Edit in Word" they are asked for login for Office 365. If I close the dialog it takes me to the document. Is there a way to turn this dialog off?

    According your description, this issue is more SharePoint Online related. In order to get the answer effectively, it is recommended to post a new thread in SharePoint Online Forum for further discussion.
