Answered Outlook 2007 shared Calendar coming up blank

    I have a shared calendar that is blank when I open it.  I know there are a lot of items that should be on the calendar, but nothing is showing up.  I have tried deleting and having the other user resend the invite, but this doesn't help.  Checked the permissions and they are set correctly.  Any ideas on something else that might work?

    Hi,

    Please check shared calendar via OWA, If OWA show right shared calendar, we confirm this is client problem. Try following steps troubleshoot issue:

    1. Change cache mode to online mode. The problem is likely caused by a bad item synchronized to the user's cached mode .ost file. Then that results in the whole calendar to be blank.
    2. Disable caching of shared folders.(Tools – Email tab – Change – more settings – advanced – click to clear the Download Shared Folders)
    3. Recreate outlook profile to check the result.
