How can I upgrade from a single office 2010 key to install on 2 more PC's

Hi,
Office 2010 Home & Student edition (when purchased as Retail FPP) permits 3 installed instances, the less-expensive PKC option only permits 1 installed instance. I'm not sure that there is an upgrade path available.
