Hi,
When I'm send an e-mail message from the shared mailbox, the message is sent successfully. However, the sent message is not saved in the Sent Items folder of the shared mailbox.
I'm Using MS Outlook 2010 and My Primary Mailbox is in Exchange 2010 & Shared Mailbox is in Exchange 2003.
Please help me to solve this issue.
Thanks in advance,
Avijit Dutta

It's not working in Outlook 2010 but I found this:
Key for Outlook 2007:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Preferences
Key for Outlook 2003:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\PreferencesValue name:
DelegateSentItemsStyle
Value Type:REG_DWORD
Value:1http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972148
Save Deleted Items in owner’s mailbox
I’m using an Exchange account and have also the mailbox of my boss configured in my Outlook. All works fine except that when I delete messages from this mailbox, the items are moved to my Deleted Items folder instead of the mailbox of my boss. How can I configure this?
You can do this via the registry (create the key if needed);
Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\xx.x\Outlook\Options\General
Value name: DelegateWastebasketStyle
Value Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 4When the key is set to 8 or when the key is absent, the messages you delete from secondary mailboxes will end up in the Deleted Items folder of the primary mailbox. With the value set to 4, the messages will end up in the Deleted Items folder of the mailbox you deleted it from.
Note 1: Replace xx.x with the version number corresponding your version of Outlook. For Outlook 2007 this would be 12.0. Choosing Help-> About in Outlook will also expose this.Note 2: The value name of the key is case sensitive.

Try This,
In outlook 2010, Go to Control Panel, Mail, email accounts, and add the mailbox(es) as new accounts. Then open outlook 2010 you will see all mailboxes there. Then send a mail from additional mailbox. sent items should save into the appropriate mailbox.
