    After updating my antivirus my office stopped working with the message I should repair it through the control panel. After several failed attempts at this I removed anti virus to see if this was the problem, tried again, no change. I then removed office and reinstalled, it is now saying that i have an unlicensed product and i am unable to activate it by phone or via the internet due to it not  giving my an identification ID please can anyone help (I only have basic computer knowledge so Laymans terms please) Thanks
