Office 2010 activation issue on Win2003 server

Friday, May 04, 2012 8:54 AMI can not activate Office 2010 on a Citrix server with Win 2003 Server 64 bit,show activation failed and unlicensed,Does anyone know if Win2003 64 bit OS is supported OS?And how to activate it.Is it possible to activate Office 2010 license on Citrix environment or need other type of license?

Office 2010 is not supported to be installed on Windows Server 2003 64-bit version.
