Iexplore vs Sharepoint 2010 opening a WMV file

Greetings!
Sharepoint 2010. IE9. Win 7x64. If I want to open a WMV file on Sharepoint site I suddenly receive: Internet cannot display the webpage.
* I've checked in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS on server, but no useful information.
* If i click Save as on file, it works like charm
* In Firefox works like a charm but it asks me first for credentials
* I have used: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 to reset IE settings but still clicking on WMV file I get that nasty "blank page" Internet cannot display the webpage.
Where can I see any useful information why is this happening cause it drives me nuts.
