SPFeatures list

Does anybody have a list of SPFeature names matched to the Names used in the Site Actions/Site Settings GUI? I would like to be able to use the PowerShell engine to enable or disable features like "Content Organizer" but the SPFeature name is different.

The Norway MCS team has a list of SharePoint 2010 features, their name in the UI (if applicable) and their GUIDs which should be exactly what you're looking for. It also lists the feature's scope.
In the Content Organizer's case, it's name is "DocumentRouting" (I know, right?) and it's GUID is 7ad5272a-2694-4349-953e-ea5ef290e97c
