SharePoint 2010 Feb 2012 CU ---> the self extracting file is part of a multidisk zip file !!!!!

Ok I downloaded the Feb 2012 CU for SharePoint Server 2010 and when I am trying to unzip it, I am getting this;
"the self extracting file is part of a multidisk zip file. Please insert the last disk set."
Has anyone faced this?? And did you manage to solve it?
Note: that I download the zip many times, may be it would be different one, once it was 2MB, other is 1GB and sometimes the link says no file !!!
