Outlook calendar does not match sharepoint 2010 calendar

- End user has full rights to a holiday sharepoint calendar
- enters holidays via outlook
- end of occurrence is 12am
- shows up correctly in outlook but not in webpage
- webpage shows occurrence going into next day
- example: All day event Monday - Sunday In outlook it shows up fine, but in webpage view holiday runs into Monday
- Timezones are the same on both workstation and subsite
Please advise. Not sure where else to look. Even created a 'database view' so i can see each calendar entry by entry.
