How to Deploy 3rd party solutions in the SharePoint Farm ?

  Hi,

  Depends what tool are we talking about.

  Normaly every 3rd party Solution have a install manual, need to follow step by step. This 3rd party Solution  is from a company or some open source solution you find in some blog or internet page?
