    A InfoPath form in the SharePoint 2010 will not work for normal users after certain time. As soon as SP administrator accessed the InfoPath form, rest users can use the form without any issue again. But after about hour late, normal user cannot access the form, and will get the error “Form failed to open because the file could not be loaded”. As soon as SP admin used form again, other users can use the form without error again.
