Users are not able to login to sharepoint site except farm admin after changing authentication from classic to claims.

  Can you describe a bit about how you changed the authentication method from classic to claims? Did you follow a guide or some other documentation?

  We did previous backup restore and migrated to cliams. it works now.

  Not sure what caused issue last time. Thanks for all replies.
