I created an Infopath 2010 form and then went through the administrator approval wizard to publish the form. Then I tried to upload the form by going to Central Admin; General App Settings; then Upload form template under Infopath Forms Services. After I browse to the file I want to upload, next I click verify then i get a message stating "This is a fully trusted form template. Only deploy fully trusted forms from trusted sources." Can anybody help me out with this problem? I am running Infopath 2010, SharePoint 2010, and Server 2008 r2.

Try deploying without verify.  Does that work?

Thanks for replying, yes I was able to publish a version of the form to a site without it being and administrator approved. I had to make some changes to the form and now it has to be admin approved and published. Is there any other sharepoint services that needs to be configured for uploading admin approved form templates? Or should it just work?

    Thanks for your help

If you weren't using central administration forms before, and you are now, know there are a few differences:

    1. Previously, you were publishing directly to a list.  You may or may not be using a content type.

    2. If you are publishing through central administration, you need to activate the feature on the site collections that you want your form.  This will deploy the form to that site collection as a site content type.  You will then need to go to your forms library and turn on manage content types, and add this content type.  You should also remove the default Form content type, so that the only kind of Form that you can have in this forms library is your content type.  The xsn file will be copied to /form templates/ library at the root level.

    3. If you haven't been using site columns previously, you will have a bit of problem as you make this transition - the old forms in the library will need to have their content type switched to your new content type, and you will have to re-link the existing forms.  But this should fix the columns, if they don't match up.
