    I see plenty of option settings in Infopath for setting up printing, but no way to then carry it out in production. When the form is displayed its ribbon does not include a "print" function. "Print" from the browser window prints both browser window and form.

    What am I missing?

    If this is an InfoPath form, you should have print preview in the ribbon and this does a great job printing the form (you have several options). If you only have a silverlight form to print, you can hit the print (file/print) and select the 2nd option (only selected frame) from options. In IE, this also prints the logo and breadcrumb from the parent page.

    It's an InfoPath SharePoint List form. There is no print or print preview in the ribbon. Since posting the question I've seen a couple of places where it was stated (quite a while back) that print is not supported in list forms. I find that a little mindboggling and would like a current confirmation or else the magic words to get the button to show up.

    Clayton -

    I finally got this working but have a question about what I see when I preview the print or print.  I need to remove the SP icon and breadcrumbs from the top of the page. Also, I need to figure out how to make my form fit the page. If I shrink to fit it's tiny.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    the work around gets the print button which helps. the final print is too tiny... anyway to get the active form occupy the print space? thanks..
