hi there,
every time when i add a custom code to infopath 2010 form it does not work in broswer it need to run in infopath client and it always appear a message "This form template is not enabled for viewing in the browser."
how can i add a custom code into infopath and it can work in broswer without infopath client?
i read some of blogs say ther is a problem if you try using deferenet port from 80."you should use port 80(default)".
but i tried using that but there is the same problem.
pls anyone can help me to solve my issue?

In MOSS that kinf of form would have to be administrator approved. I think it's the same in 2010. Are you familiar with that process?

Some form options will force you to fill it out with the cilent. There's an option somewhere where you can disable those unsupported options. I would try that.
I have some links here, one of them may give you some ideas: www.delicious.com/pagalvin/infopath

Sameh, your thread title says, "infopath 2010 form with custom code works within broswer
,"
but then you immediately said it DOESN'T work in the browser? Please update the thread title with something that makes sense. You do not publish to a port number - not relevant at all. When you publich as admin-approved, you don't even go to a URL - you just publish it to a network drive. Then, you upload the template to Central Admin. However, none of this is related to the actual error. If the form is telling you the form template is not enabled for viewing in the browser, then it's not configured to be a browser form, or it has features that aren't allowed in a browser form. You have to find out what these are by using the Design Checker. First, go to File > Info > Advanced Form Options > Compatibility and make sure 2010 browser form is selected (not filler form). Then, check the Security and Trust tab and make sure you have it set to the proper trust settings for running your code. If it requires Full Trust, be sure it is digitally signed. Then, go through the publishing process and make sure you check the box in the publishing wizard that allows the form to be opened in the browser. Next, at the very end of the publishing wizard, before you hit close, make sure there isn't a little Yield sign with a warning telling you the form cannot be opened in the browser.
