Sharepoint list form cascading drop down with filter

i have a cascading drop down list with a data connection
2 columns
i select something on column a and column b does a filter
it seem's to be working correctly but on column b it's auto selecting the last item and will not let me change it even if i click on the drop down and select something else

Do it an InfoPath form or Designer Form?

Hi Emir ,
InfoPath dose not support external content type , how to do this using SharePoint Designer ?

Hi Rotor,
If it is a custom list form and you want to receiver data from an external data column. Since external data is getting data from SQL, you can directly receiver data from SQL in InfoPath form. This is another way we can use external list data in InfoPath form.
