Getting an Error in Microsoft SharePoint site when Upload the document in document library.

Hi Every Body,
Here is a Big Problem with SharePoint outofthebox feature.When I upload the document which is already present in the document library I got the below error.And While uploading the document I unchecked the Overwrite existing files check box.Because I need duplicate files.
Below screen shots will help you to understand easy what error I got.

Hi,
Please repeat the same steps and let me know what exception is being logged in ULS logs under 14hive folder.

Yes, You are correct.We can't have documents with same name in document library.
But while uploading the same document in the document library by unchecking the overwrite if exists checkbox we should not get "server error",instead it should display some user friendly message for ex:File already exists.
How can we achieve this?

Are you able to reproduce above error after unchecking overwrite if exists...
