I am fairly new to MOOS 2007 so bear with me.  Let me explain what I would like to do.

Maintain 1 main web site with 50 sub sites via 1 URL with the following goals:

    1.       Internal Network #1 >AD Authentication (inside) with external access via VPN

    2.       Internal Network #2 >FBA Authentication (inside) with external access via FBA

    3.       Internet Anonymous Access

    4.       All sites will have some restricted content

Goals 1, 2, 4 don’t seem to be a problem.  I cannot configure Anonymous Access as per

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc441429.aspx

    http://www.andrewconnell.com/blog/articles/HowToConfigPublishingSiteWithDualAuthProvidersAndAnonAccess.aspx

I have granted Full control to my FBA-Admin, however when I go into advanced permission>settings, there is no “Allow Anonymous Access”

Should I be thinking of extending the same web app for a third time & make this Anonymous Access only?

Thanks in advance for any help

You can extend web application for max 4 time (Intranet,Internet,Custom,Extranet) choosing different Authentication Providers.
I think it's a good idea change del URL (one for extension).
