missing mysite and my links in sharepoint site

Hi,
I do not see my site and my links when I open my intranet url in my host machine. I can browse in my front end web server but not the same in out side server (local machine)with same credentials. I can open site but I simply missing those links in top riht side. Please help me. Thanks to all in advance.

I had the same problem, and finally could figure this out. Not sure if the issue same with yours ChicShare, but it happened to me since i reinstall my SharePoint 2010 server farm. Check the solution that i've written here:

I wrote a winforms app to load missing mylinks. This happened after a domain change.

Hi,
navigate to central administration > system settings > manage farm features. then check if the "Social Tags and Note Board Ribbon Controls" Farm Feature is Activated.
