SSRS Integration and upgrade

We're currently running Reporting Services in Native Mode. We've just upgraded to 2005 to take advantage of the new features, mainly the integration into Moss 2007. The problem I face is that we need the database to be in Sharepoint Integrated Mode, and when we select change, it creates the new database, but of course it's empty as all the reports are stored in Moss libraries.
My Question.
How do you inport all your existing reports (We have approx. 700) into sharepoint? Obviously manually this may take awhile!!!!
Is there a tool for doing this?
