    Hi,

    I have created a site collection and then created subsite 'A' within
    it. I had created a list named 'Employee' in subsite 'A'. There is a
    column in the list named 'Employee Name'.

    I wanted to access 'Employee Name' column in a list createdin the parent site.
    or Its vice-versa is possible?
