Event ID 333

This event occurs about three times a minute. My log is 15 MB and fills very quickly with this error. WHen I choose to send the information to Microsoft it says that there is not additional information to provide regarding Event ID 333.
I cannot backup my system state which must have something to do with this event as well.
Any ideas are appreciated. I do not have an event id subscription so sending me there won't work. As this is a Microsoft Event I am hoping someone in here has a better idea of what the problem my Windows Server 2003 SP2 is having all of the sudden.
