Biography
I'm a Microsoft Exchange Premier Field Engineer in the Boston/New England District.
My first PC was an IBM XT w/8088 chip, 640KB of memory, and a 20MB full-height HDD with about 30% of its sectors bad.
I'v been working with various MS technologies over the past 10-12 years and focused more on Exchange for the last 5.
I was formerly a senior systems administrator for a state government, responsibile for their Active Directory and Exchange Server organization of >100 state agencies across hundreds of locations.
Today I have the pleasure of working with Microsoft Premier Services customers. I help educate customers on Exchange and other messaging principles, help guide customers towards new upgrades, and also help them restore services during critical outages.
I'm also into sports cars, weight training, long walks on the beach, holding hands and poetry.
Ok maybe those last three are a stretch, but the first couple are legit. :)
