Biography
Dr. Malkov is a recognized, international technologist; CTO of 5nine Software (www.5nine.com); Board Member and Co-Owner PWI, Inc. / privacyware.com (www.privacyware.com ); Chief Technologist. Served as CTO of ITS in 1998 - 2005, which was sold in 2008 to a Public CO. He has overseen the development of dozens of commercial software packages and authored more than 50 scientific articles. He is a former professor of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Moscow State University and received Ph.D in Mathematics and Computer Science from that institution in 1986. Doctor of Science ('Doktor Nauk') in Mathematics and Physics, 1990. Listed in Marqui's Who is Who. IEEE Member.
