Biography
Learning how well you have to learn your computer before operating it. Most people are not even aware someone else may be watching you every minute and stealing your identify, and making errors appear. Seems no one is educating public about precautions to take, to see if someone is in a workgroup or how to use the event log. I may have not got my problem solved in seven years or three computers later, but I learned how to not get caught up in taking in to repair businesses, that have no idea what they are dealing with, so they just clean it off, and sell you more virus protection.
