Biography
I really got my start creating an inventory control system for a logging company in Alaska in 1990. I had virtually nothing for tools, so I wrote it in Pascal, learning as I went. From there I went on to work for the State of Alaska managing the database for a statewide information hotline. At that point I realized that I needed some more formalized training so I went back to school at the University of Idaho, earning my degree in Information Systems in 1998.
I have worked with IMS, DB2, dabbled in Oracle, but currently am focussed on SQL Server.
