I work in Microsoft's Customer Service and Support division as a Principal Escalation Engineer. I've been at Microsoft since 1998 and during that time I’ve been working primarily with Exchange Server and Outlook. I've recently taken on a role that is focused on improving our online support experience to improve the discoverability of solutions through streamlined content, automated diagnostics and enhanced online capabilities.
