Service Control Manager transmits control requests to running services and driver services. It also maintains status information about those services, and reports configuration changes and state changes.

  • Well, now isn't this interesting... the topic is "Troubleshoot Event ID 7036 — Basic Service Operations" and the resolution is "This is a normal condition. No further action is required."... A bit more info would be nice, since there is nothing on TechNet at the moment... I am trying to find which user stopped a service. I can get when it was stopped, but not who stopped it ("User:N/A")
