Every time I open Explorer ( 8 or 9) (using Windows 7 OS) the Developer Tools window opens and flickers. I can't use Explorer until I close the window using CTRL F12 or CTRL then closing the window?????Help please.

Great new things in VS 11 ultimate beta. But where is the WEB SERVICE page? It is not in 'add new item'. Is this technology somehow renewed with some wcf service or what???
